The location changes to keep you on your toes & you'll enjoy your yoga while immersed in nature. Yoga along the shoreline, on the beach or maybe even a short hike to your yoga destination. This wild card experience allows you to change up your routine, connect with nature , build community & rewild your inner being.

EVERY tuesday 4-4:45pm • $20pp/$30per family
Kids yoga is a fun & interactive way to build resiliency, emotional regulation & compassion for self and others.
