What you’ll do (clear & simple)
Energetic Exploration: journaling and partner/share to map where you sit on the light ↔ heavy spectrum of the energy of evolution and change.
Gentle Somatic Yoga : slow, nervous‑system‑soothing sequences (breath work, slow, mindful transitions, supported holds) to build a reliable base for play and curiosity.
Guided Yoga Nidra: sankalpa, body scan, and imagery for deep integration and nervous‑system recalibration.
Reflection & Group Share: with optional card pull as a final energetic offering to bring ease and curiosity into your week.
