This summer, slow down and journey inward through the five koshas - the layers of self described in yogic philosophy.
Over 10 weeks, we’ll spend two nourishing weeks exploring each layer: the physical body, energy and breath, thoughts and emotions, inner wisdom, and deep connection/spirit.
Through mindful slow flow movement, breathwork, meditation, and reflection, this online series offers space to soften, reconnect, and experience yoga beyond the poses.
